Designer Rings

Artist Robert Young approaches all of his designer rings from a philosophy of love. For him, a ring design becomes a timeless piece of jewellery that is worn throughout life—through all of the good and bad, the ups and downs. Love threads through every season of our lives, and our jewellery should reflect that concept. Robert evolved into a jewellery maker after translating his artistic “love” graffiti into the form of a ring, which soon turned into multiple rings. He draws from his twenty-year career as a sculptor and a photographer in the creation of his ring designs. 

All of Robert Young’s ring designs are crafted and brought to life in his gallery and workshop in Sydney, Australia. When they walk through his doors, gallery visitors are just as likely to see sculpture as they are jewellery. Ancient jewellery making traditions are used alongside highly advanced modern technology for finished products that are state of the art masterpieces. Three-dimensional printers creates a wax that can be cast and finished at the jewellers bench with tradional hand tools. The signature Robert Young Sculpture “love” motif is achieved with the help of the finest jeweller’s saw blade, which pierces through the surface of the ring from one side to the other using a technique that takes years to perfect. All of our incredible ring designs are crafted with love.
