Once a design has been created, it comes to life in the Robert Young Jewellery gallery and workshop in Alexandria Sydney, Australia. Both modern and ancient technologies are used to construct each piece. The hand-cut "love" found on nearly every piece are achieved with the use of a very fine jeweller’s saw, which pierces the jewellery from one side to the other.
